Anna-Maija Grandy

Anna-Maija Grandy is CEO and Partner at Ailecon. Since joining Ailecon in 2011, Anna-Maija has lead a number of development projects across different real estate segments including both conversion projects as well as new builds.

Prior to joining Ailecon, Anna-Maija worked for Real Estate Strategy and Capital Markets Research at Cushman and Wakefield in London.

Anna-Maija holds a M.Sc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the Henley Business School, UK.

Antti-Juhani Lehti

Antti-Juhani is a senior advisor at Ailecon and the company’s chairman of the board. Antti-Juhani has extensive experience in the construction and property development industry.

During his over 40-year career, he has worked for the largest Finnish construction companies such as the YIT, where he worked as the regional director for the Turku region.

Antti-Juhani holds an MSc in Construction Economics from the Helsinki University of Technology and a Diploma in Property Investment from the College of Estate Management, United Kingdom.

Medi Shabnam

Medi joined Ailecon in 2019 as a project manager. Medi is responsible for the technical project management and cost estimations.

Medi has over 20-year experience in the construction and development industry in Canada and Finland. During his career he has been responsible for the cost estimate, tendering and negotiating construction contracts and project management.

Medi holds a BSc. in Civil Engineering from Toronto University and an MBA from the International University of Monaco.
